Corinne Winters' 2026/27 season began with her house debut at Dutch National Opera. Her performances of Nedda in Pagliacci were lauded by critics who hailed her as “the star of the evening” and a "remarkable artist” and praised her “bright and pure” voice and a stage presence that was “seductive, sensual, and laced with humor” (Operawire). Bachtrack complimented her “lustrous, bright and supple” voice and “plenty of dramatic power,” while highlighting the “rare and palpable chemistry” between her Nedda and Silvio.
This marks the second time the soprano has taken on the role, having previously performed Nedda at Teatro del Maggio Musicale Fiorentino last season, in the same production by Robert Carsen.
